I enter the cabin silently, effortlessly removing my sword belt and retrieving a pair of jeans and a fresh, long-sleeved but light shirt. Hopefully, a white top and deep blue bottoms counts as patriotic. If not... Well, I'll just ask if they'd prefer I draw blood from one of the many boyfriend-obsessed girls this camp contains to make up that one color difference. Something tells me that would do a good job at silencing smart-Alecs. Besides, if it actually managed to make people think I'm not well mentally, that just means fewer idiots I have to deal with on a day-to-day basis.
I would not complain if it did.
After a quick shower, I don my new clothing and check the clock. I still have time, but being early wouldn't hurt. |
