Training Area

Hadley shakily stood up, "I'm.. trying, to perfect this this incineration spell with out my wand." She stood up for a shaky minuet and imieadietly collapsed again, "But this voice wont leave me alone."

"You mean something like this" Felix said as he held out his hand towards a dummy, chanted something under his breath and watched it go up in flames.

"Sort of. Here I'll try again and show you." She says as she goes to try and stand up again.

Felix watched.

Hadley stands up as her whole body shakes. She tries to steady herself as she thinks of the spell, "Bend and break, withered make, to thee who shall burn, and never return" Her hands glow as a ring of fire surrounds the dummy. The flames rise higher until they form a perfect dome around the dummy. The flames then slowly collapse down until nothing remains. Not even ashes. Just dirt. Hadley smiles, "Finally." then collapses again, and becomes unconscious.

Felix sighed and poked her cheek "are you going to wake up or do you need me to carry you?"

Hadley remains unconscious.

Felix picked her up and carried her to the infirmary.

Logan stood in front of a dummy and began practicing maneuvers on it that he had learned. Sometimes, he performed them perfectly, other times, he screwed up. He continued to practice these maneuvers until he perfected them.

"Not as shabby as the last time I saw thou spar with a straw man," Astra commented from the shadows.

Logan smirked. "I may be a little rusty. I haven'y gotten out here lately."

"Obviously," Astra commented, still staying in the shadows.

"Turning 18 does some things to you... When you're mortal that is." Logan protested.

Astra just laughed, the noise as sweet as it ever was.

"I'm legally an adult. I have responsibilities." Logan said.

Brae ran in and jumped on Logan's back with a laugh.

Logan laughed, still holding his sword at his side. "Hey babe!"

"Hiya!" Brae said with a smile.

Astra vanished, as if she had never been there.

"How did you know I was here?" Logan asked.

"It's you, Logan. When you're not playing guitar or hanging out with me you're training. Because you are the best swordsman ever." Brae said and kissed his cheek.

Logan chuckled and blushed at the compliment. "No, I have other responsibilities but you are essentially right..."

Brae giggled and kissed his cheek again.

Logan smiled still carrying her on his back. "Would you like to assist me in my training?"

"And let you swing a sword at me? No thank you." Brae giggled.
