Personality: Tara is overwhelmingly open about everything. Everything. She is also rather honest, sometimes brutally so. But Tara is a hate-filled person. She can be rather mean, and, in fact, hates pretty much everyone until they've wormed their way into her heart, whether accidentally or on purpose. She is cold, unforgiving, and can be harsh.
However, to those who have gained precedence, she is bright, sunny, kind, and one of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She doesn't love many, but to those she does, they are her entire world, and she would willingly die for them.

Power(s)?: Tara has a natural talent for singing and slight medical instincts, as a daughter of Apollo. Her only actual "power" is her light powers. She can manipulate light, as well as extinguish it (when in smaller amounts, she wouldn't be able to extinguish the sun) and, in certain cases, create it. The light that Tara creates emanates heat, which can be slight or burning depending on the brightness. Tara cannot be burnt by her own light.

Backstory: Tara hails from a small town in Florida. Her mother, a successful and wealthy songwriter, remarried when Tara was five, to another woman. Her parents actually did tell her a lot of things growing up. As a demigod herself, Tara's mother was prepared to fight off any monsters, and thus Tara grew up knowing of her demigod status.
Tara lost her virginity at the age of fifteen, which was not uncommon in her high school -- however, one girl quickly became jealous of Tara's growing popularity and started a series of rumors. It was all downhill from there. After a year, she could no longer take it. Her mother unearthed the sword Apollo had given to Tara as a child, and Tara left for camp.

Strengths: Tara can spot weaknesses fairly well. She can sing very well, and play the guitar at a mastery level. She is skilled in swordfighting, somewhat in archery, and very much in debate. She also has no shame nor many filters, which can be both a weakness and a strength, depending on how you look at it.

Weaknesses: Tara is guarded past the point of being "guarded". She can be easily influenced by her friends and loved ones. A heavy influence on her personality is none other than Chelle Valentia, which is a definite shortcoming. Again, she has no shame nor many filters, and as cold as she can be, she is too warm-hearted for her own good.

Weapon(s): A sword that has been imbued with pure light itself. The blade gives off an almost ethereal light, but when Tara is particularly enraged, becomes blinding. It burns like fire yet is cold like ice, and though she received it when she was 16, to this day, she has no clue what it is made of.

Other?: Tara has a small songbird perched on her shoulder most of the time, a gift from her father. She communicates with it through music notes and pitched whistles. Avila's personality is almost eerily like Tara's.
