Personality: Cairo is a very bold character, and willing to fight for people he loves or what he believes in.  He forms strong emotional attachments to people, and has a fierce temper.
Powers: Electrokinesis, mild air control and levitation.
Weapons: Celestial bronze sword and dagger.
Backstory: Cairo was born in Switzerland in the Alps. His mother was Swiss, but she died giving birth to Cairo. He lived with his granfather for four years on the Alps, so he speaks French fairly well. When he was four, Cairo's gandfather sent him to England to be educated with his two cousins. While there he discovered his powers, which he kept hidden form his new family, whom he hated. At fourteen when his aunt and uncle packaged him off to boarding school, he endured it for two years before fleeing back to his grandfather. He learned of Cairo's powers and told Cairo about camp Half-Blood. He left straight away, but still keeps in contact with his grandfather.
Strengths: He is an excellent fighter, and very loyal. Very much a leader, and reasonably intelligent. Fast on his feet.
Weaknesses: Can be blinded by anger and rush things. Irrational when angry, and can cause serious damage. Can seem rather proud.
Other: Hates having to tell people three times how to pronounce his name.
